Risk framework

Baskets are classified depending on their level of risk

All Baskets are detailed in order to allow Depositors to assess the investment opportunity and to better control the suitability of the basket with the level of risks acceptable to them.

The main criteria influencing the risk framework are:

• Exposure to crypto-currencies and/or exposure to stablecoins

• Age, volatility, and market cap of the underlying crypto-assets

• Age, third-party audits, and volumes of the underlying DeFi protocols and technologies

• Available exit and liquidity strategy for depositors

• Expected yield (usually higher yields means higher risks)
